Delivery Options & Times

• Standard Delivery:

  We offer standard delivery across Cyprus. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. 
  Our Company collaborates with Akis Express and offers the following options:

  • Pick-up option: For purchases under €30,00, you will need to pick-up the products from an Akis Express pickup point with an extra charge of €3,00.
  • Home Delivery option: For purchases under €30,00, you also have the option to select Home Delivery with Akis Express with an extra charge of €5,00.
  • Free Delivery: For purchases over €30,00, you can pick-up the products from an Akis Express pickup point or ask for door-to-door delivery, without any extra charge.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Areas

• We deliver to all areas within Cyprus, including urban and rural locations. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays.

Order Tracking

• After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your order until it arrives at your door.

Delivery Issues

• Delayed Deliveries:
  While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, unforeseen delays (e.g., due to weather conditions or courier issues) may occur. If your delivery is delayed, contact us at [email protected] or +357 70005230 for assistance.
• Undelivered or Lost Items:
  If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for support. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within Cyprus and do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Address

• If the shipping address provided needs to be corrected, please notify us immediately at [email protected] or +357 70005230. We will attempt to correct the address before shipping. However, if the package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or additional costs related to incorrect address submissions.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and your shipping preference. Free delivery applies to orders over €30,00.
